Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something’s off, we’ll try to make it right — but we’re a small team, not a returns factory.

📦 30-Day Return Policy

You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn (if applicable), in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping — we don’t provide shipping labels.

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

💥 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, let us know right away — preferably with a photo — at hello@thecoffeeshops.com so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some things can’t be returned. This includes:

  • Grinders

  • Used filters, rolling papers, or opened accessories

  • Lighters

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Any worn or washed apparel

  • Custom, limited edition, or promotional items

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before placing your order.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Just place a new order and return the original.
(Once the return is accepted, we’ll refund you for the first one.)

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the EU, you have the legal right to return it for any reason within 14 days. The same return conditions apply (unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase).

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If it is, we’ll issue it back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
