📦 Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order leaves the building.

We don’t ship on weekends or holidays — but we’ll make sure it gets out fast after.

💸 Shipping Rates

We keep it simple with flat-rate shipping:

NL : €4,95 (free over €50)
EU: €9,95 (free over €50)
Rest of World: €14,95 (free over €50)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

📦 Packaging

Your order will ship in discreet packaging — no big logos, no loud branding. We use padded mailers or boxes, depending on what you ordered.

📍 Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number once shipped.

🚫 Lost or Stuck Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected window, let us know. We’ll work with the carrier to locate it — but once it’s out the door, it’s out of our hands (literally).
